Richard Taylor

Owner & Property Consultant M: 07809 770924 E: richard@taylors-estates.com Richard is now largely responsible for the Commercial Arm of the business but also still supports on the Residential Sales side of things. Additionally, he works alongside owners, landlords and developers on existing and potential developments. Richard also enhances the profile of the business through his Business Development activities and attending a variety of Network events. Richard has recently joined Project Collab and become a Member of the Preston Partnership, both organisations that have been set up with the aim of promoting Preston and what it has to offer.

Kimberley Taylor

Owner & Accounts M: E: kimberley@taylors-estates.com Kimberley has responsibility for the accounts side of the business and as such takes care of the day to day bookkeeping activities and well as payroll etc. She also processes all rent payments made allocating funds to landlords and contractors and then makes the payments accordingly.

Evie Taylor

Property Consultant M: 07471 031157 E: evie@taylors-estates.com Evie started working part time for Taylors Estates in August 2020, and her role developed into a full time one in July 2023. Evie’s main area of responsibility is Residential Lettings, where she conducts viewings, guides tenants through the application process, and organises move in appointments. She also deals with some Residential Sales, and looks after all of our social media platforms and general marketing, whilst also regularly attending networking events and expos.

Tom Youles

Property Manager M: 07824 064215 E: tom@taylors-estates.com Tom joined us in April 2019 as our Property Manager and quickly became a vital part of the Taylors Estates team. His main responsibilities are for the management of tenanted properties and active tenancies, he liaises between tenant, landlord and contractor for maintenance, both responsive and proactive. Tom also carries out the routine inspections on our fully managed portfolio and negotiates tenancy renewals.
