Our trusted and tested Traditional Estate Agency service provides a hassle free approach to selling your home. Every aspect of your sale is taken care of by us. This service is ideal if you only want to pay for successfully selling your home.
For a standard fee of 1% plus VAT everything to sell your home is included right from photography, floor-plans and marketing through to the completion of the sale.
We also offer fixed price packages to include mortgage fees and/or solicitors fees so you know from the beginning what it is going to cost to sell your home.
Fixed Fee Online Service
Our online service only requires a fixed up front fee of £750 plus VAT for us to advertise on your behalf. This service is ideal if you are confident enough to manage the sale of your own home, and willing to take on the responsibility involved.
Additional packages can be added such as viewings and sales progression, subject to additional costs.
