About Taylors Estates
Taylors Estates is a local, independent Residential and Commercial Property Agency, specialising in Sales, Lettings and Property Management. We are based in Preston City Centre and predominantly cover Preston, Chorley and Leyland however, on the commercial side of the business, we cover across Lancashire.
Our approach is simple and straightforward, we provide an honest service and will do our best to help you with all your property needs. The structure of our team means that although we all have individual areas of responsibility, we can cross over when necessary to ensure that you always feel like our number one priority.
Meet the team
Richard Taylor - Owner & Senior Property Consultant
Richard now looks after the Sales & Commercial aspects of the business, working with owners, landlords and developers on existing and potential developments and conversions.
Additionally, he can be found networking and raising the profile of the businesses as well as hosting events for the Central Lancashire Property Hub.
Kimberley Taylor - Accounts & Admin Support
Kimberley takes care of the internal accounting activities including processing of rents and payroll, she also assists Richard & Evie with Residential Sales and Lettings.
Evie Taylor - Letting & Sales Negotiator
Evies main area of responsibility is Residential Lettings however she also looks after all of our social media platforms, general marketing, attends networking events and expos as well as assisting Richard in the organisation and running of Central Lancashire Property Hub.
Tom Youles - Property Manager
Tom joined us in April 2019 as our Property Manager and quickly became a vital part of the Taylors Estates team.
His main responsibilities are for the management of tenanted properties and active tenancies, he liaises between tenant, landlord and contractor for maintenance, both responsive and proactive. Tom also carries out the routine inspections on our fully managed portfolio and negotiates tenancy renewals.
